We provide solutions to address client property cladding concerns.  We have extensive experience of managing intrusive investigations and providing accurate cost and management advice throughout the works preparation and delivery process.

What we do

  • Work with our clients to undertake feasibility studies and intrusive surveys of properties to establish those at risk and provide project-specific cost advice;
  • Take the lead in assembling the right team of suitable experts at the preparatory and delivery stages of the works;
  • Support our clients through the Building Safety Fund application process – including preparation of applications and advice through any appeals process;
  • Provide a bespoke suite of documents that can be adapted to each client’s requirements to ensure that the ‘golden thread’ is at the forefront from design stages through to occupancy and beyond;
  • Assist clients with managing the delivery process – including procurement strategies, Principal Designer services, quality inspection and rigorous cost and project management.

Mathew Fenner

MRICS

Operations Director

“I have been with Silver since 2015. In the past, the business has grown largely by recommendation and that’s been down to the quality of the projects that we deliver. As we expand our services and operations and move into new regions and sectors, it’s vital that we maintain the same high standards. I have every confidence that we have the right teams with the right skills to do that.”

Ashley Coull

BSc (Hons) PGDip, APM

Associate Director, Construction

Ashley joined Silver in 2009. An experienced project manager and employer's agent, his major projects include the construction of the UK's first eco-town at Bicester and Southmere Village, Thamesmead.

 “ Silver has a great working atmosphere, relaxed but professional and supportive. I joined as a trainee and they really encouraged my development. We have a great approach to projects too.  We try to add value every time, even if that means going beyond our brief to point out a gap to be filled or an issue to be addressed. The priority is always achieving the best possible result.”
