There was a fantastic learning and knowledge sharing buzz in our office when Silver colleagues assembled for an in-house CPD Market Analysis Workshop presented by Commercial and Development Board Director, Peter Mack.
Peter led the afternoon session discussion starting with an historical overview of recent years in the industry – output & costs. The factors that have influenced market tender prices and construction costs, focus on the housing sector and sharing our experience and views from working on projects with our clients.
We have used this workshop as part of discussions with clients to see how we can work together to overcome the current challenges in the market.
