As we celebrate 80 incredible years, we have some important changes to share about our Leadership Team. Tony Iannaccone and Brian Middle will be stepping down from the Silver Board in April 2025, after 35 and 23 years of exceptional service, respectively. Tony, as Chief Executive Officer, and Brian, as Chairman, have been the lifeblood of Silver, guiding us with unwavering dedication and vision.
While Tony and Brian will step back from their current Board positions, they will very much remain involved with the business and part of the Silver family, balancing this with some well-deserved downtime and relaxation.
We extend our immense gratitude and heartfelt thanks to Tony and Brian for their remarkable commitment and leadership over the years.
We are delighted to announce that, also from April 2025, Harry Hill and Ashley Coull will be joining the Board. Harry will be promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer and Ashley Coull will be promoted to the position of Chief Delivery Officer. Together, Harry and Ashley bring over 30 years of experience within the company, ensuring continuity and a deep understanding of our values as they take on their new roles. The Board will also welcome Chris Dionne as Non-Executive Chair. Chris has been working with Silver for almost two years and brings with him decades of corporate leadership experience.
Congratulations to Harry and Ashley, and our thanks to Chris as they each prepare to embark on this next chapter in the life of Silver. They will be working alongside Sarah Odell, who will be appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer, and Peter Mack, who will be appointed to the role of Chief Commercial Officer.
