The Scheme

The development comprises four blocks with 327 apartments for affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale tenures. There is a storey basement area underneath for underground car park with car stackers, cycle store and CHP. In addition the development has 6000 square feet of commercial space.

Silver provided Site Inspection services throughout the construction, which included some very complex methods of construction particularly during the excavation of the basement two storeys below street level and next to the canal.
