Antony Iannaccone MRICS, ACIArb, MFPWS

Group Director 
Tony has been part of the Silver Group for over two decades and during this time he has practised almost exclusively for public and private housing providers as Lead Project Manager, with responsibility for entire delivery. His extensive knowledge and expeience provides an in-depth knowledge of the changing housing market environment, its funding challenges; and requirement to continually innovate.


Brian Middle FRICS, RMaPS

Group Director
Brian joined Silver in 2004 and has over 25 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost consultancy and project management. He has worked on a diverse range of construction projects including multi-million pound chemical and food processing plants, civil engineering commercial and retail projects. For the past two  decades Brian has worked in private residential and social housing. Brian was elected as Associate of RICS in 1980 and as a Fellow in 1997.


Sarah Odell MIoD 

Group Director 
Sarah joined Silver in 2007 and has over 25 years experience in the construction industry within residential, healthcare, education and hotel & leisure. Having led projects as both Building Surveyor and Project Manager, Sarah has delivered a significant number of projects in varying sectors. Sarah has a particular focus on how project decisions relate to the clients' ongoing needs and affect their business long term. With her enthusiasm to ensure that aspirational proposals translate to real life practicality, Sarah now heads up our Corporate Services Team at Silver ensuring the seamless business interface with our clients remains consistent. Sarah focus is that our strategic business growth is sustainable and mirrors client expectation and progressive needs.


Mathew Fenner MRICS

Director, Surveying
Mathew joined Silver in 2015 to focus on developing our Building Surveying team as well as new markets. With over 20 years of experience in both the Public and Private sectors Mathew’s skills complement the existing services at Silver as well as assisting in strengthening our client relationships. Mathew has considerable experience dealing with professional services including Dilapidations and Statutory compliance. Some notable projects have ranged from the external repair and refurbishment of the listed structures of a renowned London museum, the design and refurbishment of a sorting hall to a large 1930’s logistics centre, the management of Building Surveying frameworks for University Estates.


Peter Mack MRICS

Director, Project and Cost Management
Peter joined Silver at the end of 2014 as Director of Project and Cost Management. Peter is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with three decades of solid all round construction experience, including extensive Commercial and Pre-Construction responsibility. He has a former 20 year track record in development delivery, particularly within the residential sector working for Willmott Dixon and Bouygues. Peter’s background and some of his relationships are important to driving some of the key strategic and commercial objectives for the Silver Group.
