For the past 15 years, his work has involved the management of the pre-construction phase for major projects. Geoffrey is responsible for identifying potential residential development sites that clients might be interested in adding to their portfolios. A Chartered Valuation Surveyor with 40 years’ experience, He had previously been a client of Silver when working for Notting Hill Housing Trust. Geoffrey also handles property acquisitions for clients including local authorities and registered providers.
