History of Silver DCC

Silver have a long history of providing clients with cost effective solutions which help to deliver profitable schemes.

Established in 1945, in its infancy the practice specialised in Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying services which included the refurbishment of bomb damaged properties, conversion and party wall matters.

By the mid 1970’s the practice had acquired a wide client base which included a number of Registered Providers, banks and private companies with significant property portfolios.

The practice expanded its scope of services by the mid 1980’s from predominantly building surveying matters to a wider range of construction consultancy services.

We have developed organically into a multi-disciplinary practice with Employer’s Agent and Project Management accounting for the majority of our turnover. With established Aftercare Management and Site Inspection teams and a leading provider of Construction Consultancy Services, we have a strong culture for developing commercially sound solutions for our Clients.
